(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and digital advertising services.– Provide marketing strategy, digital advertising placement, management and reporting; and digital advertising creative development.– Develop and execute a strategy and digital media plan that should include paid digital campaigns using paid search, digital display, social media, geofencing, etc.– Digital advertising management and creative development will be performed within the framework of an established brand refresh project.– Ability to segment audiences and identify the appropriate channel and messaging for various student types and funnel stages.– Ability to understand campaign data and make recommendations based on that data.– Provide monthly reports of campaign performance, including detailed insights into geographic and demographic successes.– Strong creative work, with the ability to work within a brand framework developed by another agency.– Ability to write engaging copy for landing pages and ads.– Brand refresh: This would be a full evaluation of the brand, to include discovery, research, creative development, internal alignment, and launch.– Web redesign: Ability to support a comprehensive website redesign, either as the primary support vendor or in a collaborative role in support of the university and its selected vendor. Areas in which the university would require support includes user experience, user interface, usability testing, content strategy, development, accessibility, search engine and large–language model optimization.– Digital magazine website: Development of a website that can use as a digital magazine to post long–form stories throughout the year.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 18,2026.(3) A pre–bid conference call will be held on February 17,2026.
