(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and creative services. – Provide project management of the campaigns as well as regularly update the marketing and communications manager or other assigned project leads regarding campaigns and other activities. – Ensure performance measures and benchmarks are provided with campaigns. – Ensure marketing materials comply with brand guidelines. – Market investigations. – Campaign tracking and benchmarking. – Marketing programs, initiatives, or services. – Media plans. – Media buys. – Marketing plans and strategy. – Photo shoot coordination. – Video production – Public relations support. – Social media content development. – Graphics design. – Collateral design. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 05, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on December 16, 2025.
