The selected vendor will provide comprehensive marketing and communications services for Culture Night, with responsibilities that include delivering a launch announcement in August and planning, producing, and distributing content across social media, print, and broadcast channels during August and September. Management will extend to Culture Night-specific social media platforms, with a focus on producing bespoke and dynamic video and graphic content for use across all communication channels.

The contractor will also be responsible for planning and executing the national programme launch in mid-August, as well as other potential media events, and will collaborate effectively with any supplementary delivery partners. Detailed reporting on key metrics, including real-time reporting, is required throughout the three-year contract period.
