Responsibilities involve producing creative materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and videos, and ensuring materials are accessible and translated into commonly used languages, including Ilocano, Tagalog, Chuukese, Marshallese, Samoan, and Hawaiian. The vendor will lead media planning and placement efforts, which encompass digital marketing strategies utilizing social media, display ads, email campaigns, and video placements.
Community outreach and engagement are critical components, with specific strategies required for reaching communities with limited digital access. Additionally, the vendor will create essential visual brand assets such as logos, campaign themes, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across all communications.
