(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and communications services. – To develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that promotes the district, strengthens community engagement, and attracts and retains students. – Partner with agency to enhance its brand, showcase academic excellence, and communicate the district’s value to families and stakeholders. • Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing and communications strategy aligned with District goals. • Improving the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of District messaging. • Supporting enrollment, recruitment, and retention initiatives. • Enhancing digital, social media, and community outreach efforts. • Strengthening internal communications with District staff. • Supporting media relations and crisis communications as necessary. • Establishing measurable outcomes and performance indicators. – Provide comprehensive, professional marketing and communications services to support the District’s strategic priorities. – Services may include strategic planning, campaign development, branding, content creation, digital communications, media relations, community engagement, internal communications, and performance measurement. • Discovery, assessment, and strategic communications planning • Brand strategy, messaging framework, and brand governance • Ongoing campaign planning and coordination • Content strategy and routine content development • Social media and digital communications support • Internal communications support • Standard project management and coordination • Routine analytics, reporting, and performance reviews • Community engagement and public relations support excluding executive–authored communications (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be one year.
