(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and communications services.– Provide comprehensive, strategic marketing services.– Create integrated marketing strategies tailored to program goals and audiences.– Develop copywriting for campaigns, web content, and outreach materials.– Build media plans across traditional, digital, and emerging platforms.– Design and produce print, digital, social, outdoor, video, photography, and multimedia assets.– Support development of social media content, toolkits, graphics, and ad campaigns.– Develop communication plans for specialized or sensitive topics.– Provide measurable objectives and campaign analytics.– Create and provide brand trainings to staff.– Provide consultation on digital trends, analytics, and platform–specific strategies.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 30,2025.(3) A non mandatory pre–bid teleconference will be held on December 15,2025.
