Pace is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive marketing and advertising services in Illinois. The selected firm will be responsible for a broad range of marketing activities, including creative development for various advertising media, direct marketing, public relations, and event support. Specialized tasks include graphic and logo design, culturally appropriate creative services, video and audio production, copywriting and editing, and translation of materials into languages other than English.

Additional responsibilities encompass the design and maintenance of web content and websites, digital marketing, social media management, and the production of promotional items, signage, and bus wraps. The vendor will also provide event planning—including equipment rental and catering—conduct focus groups or other methods to capture public input, and carry out public relations outreach to senior citizens and people with disabilities. Support for marketing operations, such as administrative assistance with media monitoring, customer communications, and marketing data reporting, is also required. The engagement includes the deployment of “transit ambassadors” or “street teams” for direct community interactions and customer profiling to inform marketing strategies.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2026, and interested parties must submit all questions by February 13, 2026.
