The selected vendor will guide the overall marketing strategy, develop advertising campaigns, and create a comprehensive package of creative assets, including photo and video production, to support national media relations. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting markets for ad placement, developing annual advertising campaigns with robust creative support, and designing collateral materials for both consumer leisure markets and specialized industry segments, such as event organizers, outdoor and motorcycle enthusiasts, and meeting planners.

The agency will also provide strategic advice on social media, assist with the development of a social media calendar aligned with public relations efforts, and collaborate with the organization's Executive Director and web developer to ensure website aesthetics are consistent with current campaigns. Monthly reporting on ad placements, assessing the value of earned media, and evaluating overall marketing performance are also required.
