Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing, advertising, and public relations services to support the goals of an eligible state agency. The provider will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing and communications initiatives, leveraging both traditional and digital media channels. Tasks include creating campaigns with a multicultural focus, developing strategies for creative content placement, and managing advertising across various platforms to authentically engage with the state’s diverse communities.

Key services include the design and production of point-of-sale materials, promotional and sponsorship items, photography, videography, broadcast advertising (television and radio commercials), and a range of content marketing efforts such as blogs, infographics, and social media posts. The selected vendor will also oversee social media and email marketing, website development and maintenance, and related analytics and reporting. Additionally, the vendor must provide monthly billable hour summaries and detailed reconciliations of campaign budgets, ensuring transparent tracking of labor, materials, and vendor costs.

The contract will be awarded for a one-year period. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to provide further clarification to interested parties.
