(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertising and public relations services.– Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing and communications initiatives to support the eligible agency’s goals.– Create, monitor and provide monthly billable hours and reconciliation reports on all campaign budgets (including Public Relations, Creative, Digital, and Promotional), including estimates, change orders, and reconciliations; tracking labor, materials, and vendor costs.– Maintain a marketing practice with a multicultural focus, one that recognizes, respects, and authentically engages with the cultural, ethnic, linguistic, and social diversity.– Development of an integrated marketing plan, placement, and management of advertising and marketing content across both traditional media channels and non–traditional and digital platforms.– Point of Sale materials, including posters, wobblers, banners, brochures, game flyers, clings, toppers, pole signs, etc.– Promotional and sponsorship materials, including posters, flyers, clings, banners, digital elements, and promotional gifts.– Photography and Videography.– Broadcast advertising (e.g. TV Commercials, Radio Commercials).– Content marketing (e.g. Infographics, Blogs, Social Reels, Social Media posts, etc.)– Social media marketing.– Email marketing strategy, automation, and reporting, including list management and segmentation.– Website development and maintenance.– Website marketing strategies addressing visitation, retention and acquisition strategies.– Produce film and edit television, online and radio commercials.– Develop a plan that maximizes results, achieves specific objectives, and supports creative and other strategic directions to provide measurable results.– Manage and monitor accounts on social media platforms for comments and messages.– Responsible for the use of graphic, digital, and visual design to create materials and experiences that support eligible agency marketing goals.– Providing a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, such as websites, social media, email, displays, and apps, to achieve the goals and objectives of the Eligible Agency.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on February 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
