(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertising and public relations services.– Annual marketing and advertising plan– Promote the annual state fair to the public, potential sponsors and concessionaires and the entertainment industry– Content for social media, including reels, short videos, graphics, infographics, and other content– Print display advertising– Conceive and design annual printed materials, including flyers, brochures, maps, programs, credentials and merchandise and related materials– Expand promotion of the state fair to new audience through strategic partnerships with social media influencers and relevant industry publications (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
