(1) Vendor needs to provide Market Operation and Management Services to market operators to manage and promote seasonal weekly Market, farmers’ market that supports community health, local agriculture, and economic development for overseeing all aspects of market operations, including vendor management, regulatory compliance, setup and breakdown, and coordination with City staff and community stakeholders, vendor coordination, community engagement, and event promotion to maximize participation and operational efficiency. (2) All question must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.
