The selected partner will be responsible for establishing a successful sub concession that enhances the atmosphere of a vibrant neighborhood, including overseeing the day-to-day operations and direct sub concession activities as specified in the sublicense agreement.
Key responsibilities include providing marketing and promotional support, coordinating special events, implementing technology solutions for managing the sub concession, and recruiting third-party merchandise, experiential, and food and beverage operators. The vendor must ensure effective operational oversight throughout the sub concession's operation, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Additionally, the selected organization will be tasked with comprehensive financial administration and recordkeeping, including documentation of permits, participation fees, revenue share arrangements, and other financial obligations.
