DESCRIPTION
The government authority seeks a concessionaire to operate and maintain a marina concession in Topeka, Kansas, for the use and enjoyment of the public. Required services include marina store sales; supplies, goods, and food; fishing equipment and bait; recreational equipment rentals; fuel service; alcoholic beverages; and boat slip rental and storage services.
The concessionaire must operate any restroom located inside the marina store in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act specifications and keep it open to the public whenever the store is operating. The concessionaire must also review and respond to requests for additional services, improvements, signage, and ground-disturbing activities, coordinating any required review and approval.
At its own expense, the concessionaire must provide all equipment and facilities necessary to deliver the required services and maintain them in compliance with applicable laws.
