Alberta is seeking a qualified provider to manage the migration of records and metadata from its current on-premises system to SharePoint Online. The county has selected SharePoint Online as its new platform for information and records content management.
The project involves migrating data from Content Manager on-prem v.25.1 and SQL Server 2022. The existing Content Manager system contains a mix of electronic records and paper files, organized into folders, with a total volume of approximately 850 GB. There are roughly 38 distinct record types, each with an average of 20 metadata fields per item.
