(1) Vendor needs to provide manager to SharePoint content migration service. – SharePoint online has been chosen as the county's information and records content management system. – Mapped migration of records and metadata from our current system content manager on–prem v. 25.1 and SQL server 2022 to SharePoint on–line. – Content manager has a mix of electronic records and paper files listed in folders (850 GB). – There are approximate 38 record types in content manager– approximate average of 20 metadata field per item. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 8, 2026.
