Summary:
Seeking a vendor to implement a new Management Information System for Colorado's WIC program, including SaaS, integrations, and managed services.
(1) Vendor needs to provide management information system transition project solution.– The MIS system allows local health agency staff within to certify new and existing participants, issue food benefits, and track required information such as nutrition education and breastfeeding support provided, as well as referrals to other eligible relevant services. Provide an infrastructure services and managed services plan deliverable that details the implementation of infrastructure components that support solution delivery. This project serves to benefit the health division and environment through the implementation of a new Management Information System (MIS) for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program to administer the program to eligible participants. System with improved operational efficiency, data management, and decision–making capabilities to support state and local agency staff in facilitating appointments and recording such participant information as income verification, proof of identity, proof of residency, health and nutrition assessments, breast pump issuance, benefit determination, and issuance of supplemental food benefits. The logical architecture of the mis, including the Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Integrations with other state and third–party systems are required for the implementation of the WIC MIS. Code migration infrastructure– Software configuration management– Change and release management– Data retention and archiving– Performance reporting or IT service management.– Application Programming Interface (APIs).– Web services (2) The contract period will be for five years.
