(1) Vendor needs to provide managed services and support for cloud hosting. – Business–critical applications, websites and services, achieve the corporate strategy and marketing objectives through flexible, secure, scalable and cost–effective cloud hosting technologies and services. – Provide 24–hours; 7 days a week technical support – Architect and design cloud hosting solutions – Provide strategic guidance and advice – Establish and participate in Change Management processes – Perform security reviews, vulnerability scans, monitoring and system patching – Design, create and manage orchestration and automation processes and to – Optimize performance of cloud hosting environment – Perform backup and restore of servers & databases – Provide project management and account management services (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025.
