A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive managed services and support for cloud hosting of business-critical applications, websites, and services in British Columbia. The selected firm will play a key role in achieving corporate strategy and marketing objectives by delivering flexible, secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud hosting solutions.
Responsibilities include delivering 24/7 technical support, designing and architecting cloud hosting environments, offering strategic guidance, and actively participating in change management processes. The scope of work further involves security reviews, vulnerability scanning, monitoring, system patching, as well as designing and managing orchestration and automation processes to enhance performance. The vendor will also manage backup and restoration of servers and databases, and provide both project and account management services.
The contract for these services will span three years, supporting mission-critical business operations with robust, professional cloud infrastructure management.
