DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Canyon, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide managed print services, including the supply and maintenance of a fleet of new, refurbished, and used multi-function printers. The devices should be free-standing (cabinet or cassette pedestal), unless specified as 'desktop', and each paper tray must have a minimum capacity of 500 sheets.
The printers must offer address book or one-touch functionality for rapid faxing and emailing, as well as print-to-fax (where applicable), scan-to-email, and fax-to-email/folder/file features. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than June 11, 2026.
