The government authority located in Rolla, Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive managed IT services. The selected provider will support service desk and end user operations, including remote help desk assistance during set business hours, on-site support as needed, a ticketing and reporting system, processes for new user onboarding/offboarding, and endpoint troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Infrastructure and network support will encompass network monitoring and incident response, switch, firewall, VPN, and wireless systems assistance, coordination with ISPs and third parties, configuration management, documentation, and lifecycle planning for patches and firmware. Microsoft cloud operations are a primary focus, specifically administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Entra ID identity management, endpoint management with Microsoft Intune or MEM, Microsoft Defender administration, and the development and enforcement of secure configuration baselines, ensuring strong tenant governance and auditing.

The engagement will also include cybersecurity and compliance support encompassing security monitoring (MSP-provided, partner-provided, or hybrid), defined incident response processes, vulnerability remediation, security hardening, backup validation, and support consistent with law enforcement-aligned practices (such as CJIS controls where applicable). Optional vCIO services are requested, including quarterly business reviews, IT roadmap and budgeting guidance, and lifecycle and replacement planning.
