The government authority in Eastvale, California is seeking a vendor to provide managed information technology (IT) services to support its municipal operations. The selected strategic IT partner will assist with the planning, implementation, deployment, and ongoing management of all technology systems required to establish and maintain modern IT infrastructure within the city. Services will include a comprehensive assessment and IT review of current projects, strategic planning and oversight of personnel and external vendors, and providing recommendations for decision making.

Vendors will deliver full help desk and end user support, administration and troubleshooting for City software and business applications, as well as network, telecommunications, data, and infrastructure management. Maintaining a robust cybersecurity program is required, including development and regular updates of a formal Cyber Security Plan to address emerging threats, with optional managed detection and response services. The scope also includes supporting the IT implementation of a future City Hall. The contract period will be for two years.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 19, 2026. All questions must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
