The Department of Veterans Affairs Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), through its Network Contracting Office 16, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to the American Nurses Association for MAGNET Recognition services. The contract will cover a one-year performance period, supporting the MAGNET accreditation process at the Houston, Texas facility.

As determined by initial market research, the American Nurses Association is the only credentialing body recognized for the MAGNET designation. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and careful handling and delivery of results, in accordance with Department of Veterans Affairs guidelines and a detailed statement of work.
