(1) Vendor needs to provide magazine publish and distribute service: publish and distribute the division magazine; operate a successful, turnkey publishing program with an in-house staff of fully trained professionals capable of producing a high quality, agriculture-themed magazine. Turnkey services are to include, but not be limited to, the magazine design and layout, compelling content, professional photography, quality printing, print distribution, and advertising sales. Each advertisement for inclusion must meet the approval of the department. Magazines distributed to advertisers are excluded from the department’s distribution list. Contractor will include cost and quantity of advertiser copies in rate schedule for department approval. The department retains the right to review and reject any advertisement placed including the form and content. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
