The State of Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to fully manage the publishing and distribution of an agriculture-themed magazine for its division. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a complete, turnkey publishing program, utilizing an in-house team of trained professionals. Services include magazine design and layout, development of engaging editorial content, professional photography, high-quality printing, distribution of print editions, and advertising sales.

All advertisements are subject to departmental review and approval regarding their form and content, and the department has the authority to reject any advertisement. Copies distributed to advertisers are not included in the department’s standard distribution list, and the rate schedule must separately specify the cost and quantity of these advertiser copies for approval. The contract is set for a term of three years.
