DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Salt River, Arizona, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) consulting services. The scope includes the development of an affordable LIHTC housing project concept, along with all necessary work to submit a LIHTC application within Arizona.

The selected consultant will be responsible for soliciting and securing a LIHTC equity investor upon receiving an award of credits, managing all aspects required to close the transaction with the chosen investor, and facilitating disbursement of the equity partner’s capital throughout both construction and project completion. This includes the issuance of IRS form 8609s. Questions related to the RFP must be submitted by June 17, 2026.
