(1) Vendor needs to provide lottery digital solution.– ilottery platform must support e–Instant game content from multiple providers at the Lottery’s discretion– Provide e–Instant game content and subcontract and manage third–party providers and e–Instant game content through its platform with comprehensive oversight and quality assurance.– All platform capabilities must be seamlessly available for third–party games, including bonuses, free games, promotional tools, cross–platform deployment (app, web, mobile web), PAM integration, game history access, and all player–facing features available for native games.– Native applications for iOS and Android with support for tablets and iPads.– Platform will be required to have compliance with certain browser types, browser versions, and plug–in controls (especially the latest and most popular versions) as directed(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 31, 2025.
