DESCRIPTION
The State of South Carolina is seeking a comprehensive and robust Computer Gaming System to replace its existing lottery system. The new system must be technologically advanced, adaptive, secure, and easily upgradable to accommodate future software enhancements, in line with industry standards for capability and performance.
Vendors are required to provide solutions encompassing field services, data center and call center operations, as well as systems for capturing retailer and player feedback and supporting administrative and back-office functions. The system should include software that can accurately track and account for the location and status of every scratch-off game pack from initial loading to end-of-life and closure.
