The State of Utah is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive lot assessment database system designed to automate and enhance wildfire risk assessments for properties in high-risk areas. The system will include software tools to support efficient implementation of lot assessments, facilitate data collection, and enable strategic data sharing while providing an interactive and educational platform for homeowners.

Key features of the required solution include a wildland urban interface (WUI) structure triage geospatial database, integration with FFSL data through an API, and capabilities for insurance triage data export and API connectivity. The platform must support web-based assessments, be compatible with mobile devices, and offer offline functionality. Additionally, the system should provide secure agency-only dashboards for WUI risk and triage monitoring.
