(1) Vendor needs to provide lot assessment database system. – A software tool package to assist in implementing lot assessments for high wildfire risk properties and data sharing. – Provides an interactive and educational environment for homeowners, while also collecting and strategically sharing the assessment data. – The deliverable will be software that automates as best possible, and increases the accuracy, speed, and output of lot assessments. – A wildland urban interface (WUI) structure triage geospatial database – FFSL data integration using an API – Insurance triage data export and API functionality – Lot assessments that are web accessible, mobile device compatible and offline capable. – WUI risk and triage dashboards with agency only access. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
