Vendor needs to provide long term strategy for continued youth engagement services to support Two–Eyed Seeing–guided, Indigenous–led initiatives that help strengthen relationships with nature and natural ecosystems. Scope includes: scanning Indigenous youth programming in Canada to contextualize the work; organizing and hosting engagement session(s) with community members and collaborators to review past programming and identify current youth needs and opportunities; evaluating content from engagement sessions and conducting sensemaking sessions with the project team; providing a report with recommendations for future strategy of the agency and a separate strategy for youth engagement in land-based learning, drawing connections to nature-based solutions, long-term relationships with land, and organizational succession.
