(1) Vendor needs to provide long range supply plan service.– Develop a detailed project schedule, including progress meeting dates, milestones, and communication plan.– Incorporate demographic trends, land use scenarios, conservation potential, and technological advances.– Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement plan, including workshops, public meetings, website, social media, and coordination with regional partners.– Develop a decision–support tool or framework for prioritizing supply options and managing uncertainty.– Develop a comprehensive system simulation model that simulates water demands, current supplies and projected supply alternatives, taking into consideration various hydrologic conditions and climate variability scenarios.– Develop a Water Conservation Strategic Plan that evaluates and identifies water conservation strategies, a water conservation strategy implementation schedule and five and ten year conservation goals.– Provide a framework for adaptive management and decision–making.– Evaluate climate change impacts on residential, commercial, and industrial demands.– Develop decadal water demand projections for 50 and 100–year planning horizons.– Document historical and current water use patterns by customer class and by pressure plane.– Provide regular updates and lead project progress meetings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 03, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 25, 2026.
