Non-transactional features should include analytics, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support tools that consume data without creating, modifying, or posting records of record.
Transactional capabilities must integrate with the organization's five existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and one non-ERP solution. These transactions are further divided into non-financial transactions, such as workflow approvals, master data updates, and logistics status changes, as well as financial transactions that involve any activity creating, modifying, or posting to a general ledger, sub-ledger, or other financial records of record.
Solutions must be capable of seamless integration with current systems and support both logistics and financial business operations efficiently.
