Vendor needs to provide logging and compliance automation solution. • A logging and compliance monitoring solution, its required components and services, for Farmington Electric Utility System (FEUS). • These systems currently lack an integrated solution for managing logs, detecting unauthorized changes, organizing compliance artifacts, and generating evidence required under Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) requirements. • The solution will enable FEUS to collect, monitor, and report on security events, configuration baselines, patch activity, and inventory data across its critical systems. • Dashboards that clearly display patch status, compliance posture, system inventory, and configuration state across ESPs • API access for integration with internal compliance tracking systems, dashboards, and change records. • Offline/air–gapped deployment support, including secure export/import of logs, reports, and baselines. • Offeror–provided training on using the platform for CIP compliance tasks, baseline generation, and audit support. • Resilient architecture that continues logging and collecting during outages or component failure.
