(1) Vendor needs to provide locative technology solutions implementation and maintenance service. Implementation and maintenance of locative technology solutions that aid law enforcement in locating and safely interacting with individuals diagnosed with autism and dementia. The technology shall enhance public safety efforts by providing a reliable system for tracking individuals who may wander, get lost, or otherwise need assistance, ensuring their safe return while reducing the burden on police resources. Provide a comprehensive locative technology solution that prioritizes safety, usability and support. Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking devices: Wearable or attachable devices which allow for real time tracking of individuals diagnosed with autism or dementia. Monitoring platform: A user–friendly web–based or mobile interface that law enforcement and family members can use to monitor the location of individuals. A web–based application that is lightweight, responsive, and easily accessible by law enforcement personnel where users can open the application in a browser tab, allowing for quick switching without disrupting their primary workflow. Ensure the platform includes real–time location updates with minimal latency, support integration with multiple user accounts so families and authorized caregivers can collaborate effectively, and include historical tracking features to analyze movement patterns, which could help predict high–risk behaviors. The system shall allow users to set geographic boundaries and send alerts when an individual exits the designated area. Data security and privacy. Data management. Application management. Infrastructure management. Security management. Service management. Program management. Provide comprehensive training and training materials for law enforcement personnel and families on how to use the technology effectively. 24/7 technical support must also be available. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 23, 2026.
