(1) Vendor needs to provide local wellness policy assessment tool. • Provide edits to the Local Wellness Policy Assessment Tool (tool), including updates to the triennial assessment report • Provide updates on the strength checklist and implementation assessment for the local wellness policy assessment tool. • The tool consists of two parts: a checklist for local wellness policy strength/compliance and an assessment for local wellness policy implementation. • The tool is used by a school and/or district wellness committee to evaluate and monitor the local wellness policy.
