A government authority in Albany, New York seeks a qualified vendor to provide consulting services for its local programs. The selected firm will assist in administering local projects from inception through final closeout, in accordance with guidance outlined in the Local Project Manual (LPM).

Key responsibilities include developing an online training library for both the agency and project sponsors, evaluating and updating LPM chapters to align with current laws, policies, and procedures, and maintaining detailed version histories and change logs. The consultant will be tasked with preparing training materials, delivering instruction, gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback, and recording lessons learned. Recommendations for process improvements and ongoing constructive feedback are integral to this engagement. The initial contract term will be for three years.
