(1) Vendor needs to provide livestreaming, video recording and archiving services. – Agency is soliciting Responses for conducting, managing, and providing Equipment and technical support for livestreaming (with closed captions), and video and audio recording (also with closed captions) and archiving of agency meetings or events. • Live Broadcasting and Closed Captioning – Contractor will ensure that all technical aspects of Live Broadcasting (including closed captioning) services are effectively managed and delivered with accuracy and reliability during each committee meeting – This includes providing appropriate management, equipment, technology, systems, and technical support personnel to meet quality and accessibility standards – Contractor must provide a host website from which Live Broadcasting can be accessed through agency’s website • Video Recording and Posting to agency’s Internet Website: – Contractor must conduct video recordings of the meetings and post and archive the video recordings on a host website that can be accessed through agency’s website within five calendar days of any recorded meeting – Contractor will provide a host website from which Video Recordings can be accessed through agency’s website (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025.
