(1) Vendor needs to provide live music programming service. • Requirements – Artist Sourcing – recruit and solicit artist’s applications from various sources – Recruit known qualifying musicians – Review audio/visual submission and select qualifying musicians – Qualifying and approved musicians must complete a formal application/musician agreement – Style/Genre – all styles and genres of music are encouraged with some instruments restricted – Time – Minimum Four (4) musicians/2–hour segments per day to be determined based on peak traffic periods – Content – appropriate for all ages and diversity of audience per Musician Agreement, Policies & Procedures – Minimum – Four (4) artists per day, Seven (7) days per week – Each artist performs at one location for a minimum 2–hour – Contractor and the agency will collaborate on reporting methods and tools for recording and evaluating the Musicians in the areas of artistic presentation, connection to patrons, adherence to Contractor & agency policies and procedures, timeliness and hours worked (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 17, 2025
