The government authority located in Austin, Texas seeks a vendor to provide live internet video broadcast services. This includes audio and video production, as well as internet broadcasting of agency open meetings and public hearings. The service must enable live streaming that meets or exceeds H.264 standards and is compatible with Microsoft, Apple, Android, and other mobile platforms.
A minimum four-camera, switchable system operated live onsite during each meeting or hearing is required. The vendor must supply independent internet connectivity, separate from existing agency circuits, for each event. The solution must also include a website to host both live and archived broadcasts, with archived broadcasts segmented by agenda item for viewing convenience.
