Vendor needs to provide live–action video advertisements services. Develop a multicultural, strength–based live–action video as part of the campaign. Develop culturally and linguistically tailored live–action video advertisements for the campaign. Video will highlight parents and caregivers as protective factors in youth health and well–being. Project requires not only high–quality video production and design, but also a deep understanding of how culture, language, and lived experience shape prevention messaging. Help parents and caregivers prevent underage use of alcohol, cannabis, and vaping through positive messaging that reinforces connection, trust, and clear expectations.
