DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide access to the LinkedIn Learning platform for a contract period of three years. The platform must feature thousands of courses covering a wide range of topics, including cloud computing, data science, artificial intelligence, web and software development, leadership, project management, human resources, customer service, performance management, marketing, and professional development.
The requested solution should support diverse learning formats such as just-in-time tutorials, comprehensive courses, and advanced learning paths to support skill mastery. The platform is expected to allow customization of learning paths and role guides, aligning courses with curriculum needs and specific role requirements. Additionally, the solution should include tools to reinforce learning—such as integrated GitHub coding environments, CoderPad code challenges, exercise files, role-play scenarios, and quizzes—to improve skill retention.
It is vital that the platform supports content ingestion from learning management systems (LMS) and other major content providers, surfacing appropriate content through LinkedIn’s proprietary recommendation engine. Integration with LMS platforms and support for single-sign on (SSO) authentication are mandatory requirements.
