This comprehensive hiring solution incorporates access to LinkedIn Recruiter, which allows users to source, connect with, and manage qualified candidates by leveraging advanced search filters and alerts across LinkedIn’s network of over 1.1 billion members.

The service also includes LinkedIn Job Slots, enabling reserved job postings with the flexibility to update or swap postings as needed, and supports targeted promotion across the LinkedIn platform. Additionally, the contract provides a dedicated Career Page to showcase the agency's employee value proposition and a Dashboard Manager Seat for streamlined job posting and management within the LinkedIn Recruiter dashboard.

Training and support are included, featuring a dedicated Account Director to guide strategic use of recruitment tools and access to self-paced learning resources for user experience and best practices.
