A lifeguard program in California is seeking a vendor to provide lifeguard dispatch software that supports public safety operations across all agency beaches. The required solution must offer secure web and mobile access, allowing users to utilize a digital platform with a web-based dashboard for managing lifeguard dispatch activities.

The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering services related to dispatching, incident reporting, communications, and training for an estimated 150 users. The software and associated support must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including weekends and all state and federal holidays.

The resulting contract will have a duration of two years. Vendors are expected to demonstrate experience supporting critical public safety operations and providing responsive, around-the-clock technical support.
