(1) Vendor needs to provide lifeguard deployment software. Provide the required services to support the district–wide deployment platform for the district's aquatics operations. Provide a public–facing dashboard that shares real–time safety information with the community. Platform will automatically share annual statistical data to the lifesaving association. Provide public informational dashboard, inner agency communications, digital forms, staff status and compliance dashboard and public broadcasting capabilities. Provide location data services to support decision making. Emergency SMS messaging system. Internal messaging system between users. Ability to use program on desktop, laptop, phone, and tablet in real–time. (2) The contract period will be for two years.
