Improving compliance, reducing operational risk, enhancing transparency, and consolidating systems to streamline support and reduce administrative burden. The system must demonstrate robust, scalable, and integrated capabilities that support the end-to-end contract lifecycle. System that manages contracts from intake/creation through negotiation, approval, execution, obligation tracking, amendments, renewals, and closeout. SaaS (Multi-Tenant / Single-Tenant): Cloud hosting model and its isolation/upgrade characteristics. Support Tiers & SLAs: Help desk hours, response/resolution SLAs, premium options. API / Webhooks: Programmatic interfaces and event notifications to integrate with ERP, e-signature, CRM, procurement, IRB/COI, CTMS, eReg, PRMC, and data warehouses.
