A qualified vendor is sought to provide licensed real estate brokerage and marketing services to support property transactions and economic development initiatives in Virginia. The selected firm will offer professional guidance on real estate market conditions, covering trends in industrial, commercial, office, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities include assisting with the evaluation of acquisition or disposition opportunities that align with the County’s economic development strategy, preparing comparable sales analyses and valuation recommendations to support negotiations, and developing professional marketing materials such as property flyers, online listings, and prospect packages. The vendor will also market EDA–owned properties to qualified buyers, developers, and end users using diverse channels, including listing services, direct outreach, and broker networks.

Additional services will involve providing expert recommendations on pricing, incentives, and structuring deals to maximize property value and support redevelopment efforts. The vendor will assist in negotiating sale agreements and guiding transactions through the closing process.
