(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed real estate brokerage and marketing services. • Provide professional guidance on real estate market conditions, including trends in industrial, commercial, office, and mixed–use development. • Assist with evaluating potential acquisition or disposition opportunities aligned with the County’s economic development strategy • Prepare comparable sales analyses and valuation recommendations to support negotiations. • Develop professional marketing materials, including property flyers, online listings, and prospect packages • Market EDA–owned properties to qualified buyers, developers, and end users through multiple channels, including listing services, direct outreach, and broker networks. • Provide recommendations on pricing, incentives, and deal structuring to maximize property value and redevelopment outcomes. • Assist in negotiating sale agreements and navigating transaction processes through closing.
