(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed engineering services for the planning board and zoning board of adjustment to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ. Planning board and zoning board of adjustment are interested in retaining the professional services of an engineering consultant to assist the boards in their review of development applications and are soliciting proposals for these services. Review subdivision and site plans and other related projects, including preparation of written reports that set forth compliance with municipal ordinances, checklists, and accepted planning and engineering design practice. Perform reviews with consideration of planning, architecture, and urban design practices, including new urbanism approaches, as appropriate. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
