The city of Trenton, NJ is seeking a licensed engineering consultant to provide professional services to its planning board and zoning board of adjustment. The selected consultant will assist these boards in the review of development applications, including subdivision and site plans, as well as other related projects.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations for compliance with municipal ordinances, checklists, and established planning and engineering design practices. The consultant is expected to prepare detailed written reports outlining findings and compliance status, and to incorporate considerations from planning, architecture, and urban design disciplines, including a focus on new urbanism approaches where appropriate.

This contract will be awarded for a period of one year.
