(1) Vendor needs to provide license plate marketing services.– Develop and implement a marketing campaign for the special interest license plate.– Maintain and build upon existing relationships to further promote the sale of plates through a multi–year marketing strategy.– Recommends campaign strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals to increase plate sales and renewals.– Proposes concepts and themes for marketing content and advertising purchase approaches.– Implement the marketing plan, including further campaign development, ad design and placement, website management for tahoeplates.com, public relations activities, and other steps as applicable.– Track and report campaign results, and adjust plans accordingly and continually to pursue the most effective marketing options, in consultation with conservancy staff.– Implement marketing tasks, including marketing media.– Assesses obstacles to plate purchases.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
