The vendor will serve as a subscription agent, supplying periodicals, newspapers, and serials in both English and other languages. Distribution may be required to single or multiple domestic and international addresses.

The successful vendor must offer a comprehensive online ordering and communication system, available in English and accessible via the web, at no additional cost. The system should allow library staff to search relevant online databases, submit and cancel orders, claim missing materials, and check order status efficiently.

This contract will cover a three-year period. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the requirements and ensure the capability to deliver timely and reliable subscription and database services.
