(1) Vendor needs to provide library project material testing services to the government authority located in Burgaw, NC. – Sawyer, and associates’ architecture have been awarded the new library project and will be providing construction documents. – New construction building consisting of approximately 20,000 square feet. – leadership, staff, engineers, inspectors, and contractors; engage in value engineering, as appropriate; and provide construction administration, project reports, presentations, and project close–out services as required.
