The government authority in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive access to current and historical U.S. newspaper databases. The required services include delivery of database access to a wide selection of newspapers, with special emphasis on the Courier–Journal, covering editions from 1830 to the present, as well as other notable newspapers across the country.
