(1) Vendor needs to provide library management system. – The solution will support elementary, junior high, and senior high school libraries, align with instructional goals, and enable efficient management of physical and digital learning resources. – The LMS must support equitable access to library services, comply with Alberta legislation and school division policies, and integrate with existing educational and administrative systems. – The system must allow users to create and manage resource lists that support classroom sets and teacher collections. – The system must utilize PowerSchool’s API for real–time or nightly automated roster updates without manual intervention. – Integration with student information systems (SIS) and authentication platforms. – Role–based access for students, teachers, library staff, and administrators. – Mobile– and tablet–responsive interface. – Management of physical, digital, and multimedia educational resources. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
