Vendor needs to provide library facilities and strategic plan services. Consultants to provide professional services to undertake the development of a library facilities and services plan and a library strategic plan. The plan should identify a clear mission, vision, and values and identify priorities that align with community needs. Strategic Plan will provide a roadmap for decision–making while positioning the library to respond to future opportunities and challenges. Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights to inform strategic priorities. Provide illustrative images or visual concepts depicting any proposed library branch layout changes, renovations, or expansions. Engage library patrons and the community through a public consultation process to assess library programs, services, collections, facilities, and hours of operation. Provide a needs assessment for future facilities or service points, including specific space requirements, timeline, and costs. All the questions must be submitted no later than Feb 6, 2026.
