DESCRIPTION
A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive library digital, print, and audiovisual materials services. This includes the supply of print books for adults, teens, and children in various binding formats, as well as regular and large print editions. Vendors are also expected to supply non-print materials such as eBooks, eAudiobooks, DVDs, and audio books on CDs, and leased books, covering both juvenile and adult genres.
In addition to materials supply, the contracted vendor will deliver customized cataloging and inventory records, as well as physical processing of all ordered materials. The vendor should also provide a user-friendly ordering platform that facilitates selection, ordering, tracking, management, and reporting of both print and non-print materials. To demonstrate capability, vendors must present screenshots, references, or sample workflows showing the platform's usability and features.
